1-on-1 Mentorship

High schoolers will be matched in small pods and also work 1-1 with college mentors from schools like Stanford, Princeton, Harvard, UCLA, UC Berkeley, USC, Carnegie Mellon and more.

Concrete Action Plan

You’ll work 1-1 with a mentor to develop a personalized plan covering course selection, testing timelines, extracurricular leadership, and summer strategy.

Professional Panels

Hear directly from Sikh tech founders, VCs, doctors, lawyers, and finance leaders to learn about different career pathways!

Panthic Workshops

We’ll ground our discussions in the Sikh spirit of being world-class and striving for “Har Maidan Fateh.” Students will study examples through Saakhis and come up with modern-day applications.

Agenda

To be successful, applicants must start early with building strong activities and profiles. To help you learn the nuts-and-bolts, we will focus on admissions workshops, 1-1 mentorship with Sikh college students, and professional panels.

Students will leave with a long-term application roadmap, a clear 1-year action plan, and in line with the theme of Har Maidan Fateh, a deep vision of what excellence means in Sikhi.

  • Applications for the Har Maidan Fateh retreat is open to all rising freshman, sophomores and juniors! We have a very quick application to learn more about you and your goals with college

  • Yes, if you are eligible for financial aid, the retreat is completely free! Additionally, if finances will pose a burden to your family, please reach out and we will waive the cost.

    If you are able, we ask for a small $200 donation which will go directly to covering costs for the venue, food and logistics.

  • You will have the opportunity to learn from Sikh students at top universities like Stanford, Princeton, UC Berkeley, USC, UCLA and more! We are also bringing in several Sikh professionals to share more about their journeys and day-to-day lives!
