About the RetreatThis summer, Udaari is launching the “Baaghi Ton Badshah” Retreat — an intensive 4-day residential experience for 40 Sikh high schoolers under the theme Har Maidan Fateh. Students will leave with a personalized 4-year college roadmap, a clear 1-year action plan, and a deep vision of Sikh excellence.

❊ Panthic WorkshopsDeep workshops grounding personal ambition in quomi responsibility — including sessions with Anandpur Institute.

Students arrive, meet their mentor pods, and are introduced to the Har Maidan Fateh framework — what it means to conquer every arena through a Sikh lens.

Day 2 — Friday, June 20Building Your Tagline
Students dive into the 3-part Tagline Framework: what you study + what you do + who you are. Featuring the Engineering/Tech Panel and Round 1 mentor 1-on-1s, followed by the Panthic Dard Workshop: Har Maidan Fateh Through Saakhis.

Day 3 — Saturday, June 21Who You Are + Panthic Excellence
Students explore essays and authentic identity in the morning, followed by the Medicine Panel and the Anandpur Institute Panthic Dard Workshop on Sikh excellence (1984–present). Afternoon features Round 2 mentor 1-on-1s for 4-year roadmap building.

Submit your application at udaari.org. Rising 9th and 10th grade Sikh students with a commitment to excellence are encouraged to apply.
